Hard Seal

Hard Seal is a solvent based, acrylic sealer designed to be used as a 14-28 day sealer on Driveways, Pathways, Stencil & Stamped Concrete, Warehouse Floors, Exposed Aggregate etc. Hard Seal contains selected additives which reduce hot tyre marking, reducing the problematic marring and scuffing of the sealer. Available in clear or a variety of colorbond colours.

Stone Seal

Stone Seal is an impregnating stone & concrete sealer that also leaves a thin film on the surface. It is a high grade, tough and durable semi penetrating sealer that has been formulated to give protection against sunlight, traffic, oil and dirt. It provides excellent gloss retention; superb wear resistance and excellent anti slip resistance. It will also darken and enhance the colour of the substrate that it is applied to.

Silicone Seal

Silicone Seal is a penetrating, natural look, Stone & Concrete Sealer. It is an alkali stable silicone resin in a hydrocarbon solution. Silicone Seal finds use as a high quality alkali stable repellent suitable for use a variety of substrates and application methods, from post treatment by the home handyman to in plant fabricated mineral-based construction materials.

Fortis 519

Fortis 519 Polyurethane is the ultimate UV stable coating. A single pack, aliphatic (non-yellowing) polyurethane available in high Gloss, Satin or Matt finish. Fortis 519 Polyurethane contains UV absorbers which give protection to anything below the coating that is not UV stable. It is moisture cured with extremely high solids (68%), achieving the strength of a two pack polyurethane. Fortis 519 has excellent flow and weathering properties with extremely high adhesion qualities to Concrete, Timber & Stone. It has long wet edge and low odour. Fortis 519 can be used in any application requiring a low maintenance, heavy duty, stain resistant concrete or timber floor coating. Fortis 519 will achieve a P3 Dry Slip Test rating when applied @ 2 coats on honed concrete, however individual slip testing needs to be carried out on each project to comply to Australian Standards.

Fortis 526 Gloss & Satin

Fortis 526 Polyurethane is a water based, two pack, aliphatic polyurethane. It is non toxic, contains no harmful solvents and has no noxious odours. Fortis 526 Polyurethane is highly suitable when a heavy duty, long wearing gloss or satin finish coating is required for Concrete, Timber or Cork flooring. Highly scratch and chemical resistant with a medium solids content. Fortis 526 will not darken the substrate and will enhance exposed stone in honed concrete. It is easy to apply, washes up in water and is environmentally friendly. Fortis 526 will achieve a P3 Dry Slip Test rating when applied @ 2 coats on honed concrete, however individual slip testing needs to be carried out on each project to comply to Australian Standards.

Fortis Wet Look

Fortis Wet Look Concrete Sealer is a penetrating, highly effective, colour enhancer designed specifically for polished concrete. It can also be used on most concrete surfaces and offers heavy duty sealing protection against most stains. It works quickly to enrich and darken the surface to provide a natural wet look finish. Fortis Wet Look Concrete Sealer can be used on interior and exterior applications in warehouses, restaurants, retail, shops and car parks.

Fortis Natural Enhancer

Fortis Enhancer Sealer has been developed for the polished concrete industry to enhance and seal the stone and surface of the final polished concrete floor without darkening the concrete. The non-flammable, solvent based system is suitable for interior and exterior use. It is used in warehouses, restaurants, retail shops and car parks.

SureFloor HS Epoxy

SureFloor HS Epoxy is an extremely high solids solids (92%), two-pack epoxy. It is designed for applications demanding high structural integrity. A multi-purpose epoxy floor coating for roll on coats or seamless epoxy flake flooring base coats, exhibits excellent adhesion and high structural strengths.

Densi-Treat

Densi-Treat is a a water-based, 100% colloidal silica dispersant that not only densifies concrete, but also creates a long-term internal moisture barrier. Its ultra-fine particles deeply penetrate tight, low-porosity concrete (such as polished surfaces), chemically bonding to fill capillaries and form a permanent silicate gel. This significantly reduces water absorption, halts vapour transmission, and helps prevent moisture-related damage. Densi-TREAT also helps purge contaminants from within the slab, bringing impurities to the surface or locking them safely within the gel. The result is a harder, stronger, cleaner substrate that resists water penetration, tyre marking, and long-term degradation.

Slip Reducing Additive

A fine Slip Reducing Additive for a wide variety of sealers & coatings. Slip Reducing Additive is added to the final coat of sealer and mixed in prior to rolling. It is self suspending and available in either 20# or 50# grades.

Crack Fix Polyurea

Crack Fix Polyurea is a two-part rapid cure, hybrid polyurea, elastomeric joint and crack filler. Industrial strength suitable to fill and protect joints in warehouse floors, airports, highway tunnels, shopping malls and manufacturing facilities. Ideal for industrial concrete floors subjected to heavy hard-wheeled vehicles. Crack Fix Polyurea is also perfect for spalled joint repair, random joint filling and patching.

Clear Concrete Sealer

Clear Concrete Sealer is a hard wearing, semi-gloss “wet look” sealer that is used for the protection of surface deterioration from UV, traffic and dirt. Formulated to withstand harsh outdoor environments, the quick, hard wearing coating dramatically eases maintenance. It will darken and enhance old coloured stamped driveways or bring to life the exposed aggregate in concrete. Clear Concrete Sealer contains additives which help to reduce hot tyre marking while also reducing the problematic marring and scuffing of the sealer. Penetrating Sealer

Penetrating Sealer is an invisible sealer that does not alter the appearance of the substrate and helps to prevent premature and excessive chemical erosion of a wide variety of materials including; Natural Stone, Blue Stone, Concrete, Brick and construction materials. Penetrating Sealer is very easy to apply with either a roller, sprayer or solvent resistant broom and unlike film forming sealers, Instead of creating a film on the surface, it chemically reacts from within the surface of the pores with a hydrophobic material which in turn stops the penetration of water and other materials. Since it penetrates into the substrate, it will not cause the treated surface to be slippery, especially when wet and being solvent based, it soaks deep into the surface, giving protection against; Penetrating Sealer is not a coating that can be damaged or wear off with traffic and harsh weather conditions. Available in 20ltrs

Stone Enhancing Sealer

Stone Enhancing Sealer is a cost-effective, low-sheen, enhanced-look, semi-penetrating sealer formulated to darken/highlight the natural character of concrete, porous stone and pavers. It rejuvenates the colour and improves the appearance of worn and weathered stone, concrete & pavers without leaving a thick, artificial film on the surface. It is a breathable sealer that will not trap moisture and protects against water & oil borne contaminants, food and beverage stains, mould, mildew and weathering. Additional coats will further enhance the colour. Stone Enhancing Sealer will also accept the Contreat Non Slip Additive, making it ideal for wet area applications. It is easily applied by either a sprayer, roller or a solvent resistant broom. Clean-up or thinning (if required) is with the Contreat Solvent.

Driveway Paint Sealer

Driveway Paint Sealer is a solvent based, acrylic sealer designed to be used on driveways, pathways, stencil & stamped concrete, warehouse floors, exposed aggregate concrete etc. It dramatically improves clean-ability and maintenance while protecting the substrate from damaging UV sunlight, traffic, dirt ingress etc. Available in 20ltrs with a variety of colours and very easy to apply with either a roller or solvent resistant broom. To re-apply, it’s as simple as a high pressure clean, allow to dry and roll another fresh coat over the top. Driveway Paint Sealer will also accept the Contreat Non Slip Additive, making it ideal for use in wet areas and driveways.

Concrete Hardener

Concrete Hardener is a superior, clear concrete surface densifier formulated to harden concrete surfaces, increase abrasion resistance and reduce dusting. A penetrating sodium silicate solution that “soaks” into concrete beneath the surface to create a calcium silicate hydrate to fill voids, create strength and durability. Ideal for use in garages, driveways, pathways etc that have a dusting problem or as a denisfier for polished concrete floors or “soft” concrete.

Non Slip Paint

Non Slip Paint has been designed specifically for concrete areas requiring extra grip with slip reducing properties. A non slip coating system that is suitable for interior or exterior areas, including; Driveways, Patios, Pathways, Garages, External Ramps and a great deal more… It does require the addition of a primer and topcoat which are sold separately. It is a perfect substitute for decorative non slip coatings, such as stenciled concrete or spray applied products. It is a water based coating that has been incorporated with a silica sand to add extra grip to a slippery surface. Having high weather and UV resistance makes it compliant with the Australian Standard for a slip resistant coating which has a rating of P5 when installed to manufacturers recommendations.

Garage Floor Paint

Garage Floor Paint is a solvent based, acrylic sealer designed to be used in Garages, on driveways, pathways, stencil & stamped concrete, warehouse floors, exposed aggregate concrete etc. It dramatically improves clean ability and maintenance while protecting the substrate from damaging UV sunlight, traffic, dirt ingress etc. Available in 20ltrs with a variety of colours and very easy to apply with either a roller or solvent resistant broom.
